Effective July 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of tend.gobridgehead.ai, operated by Badami Ventures LLC (doing business as Bridgehead). By using the site, you agree to them. They cover this website and waitlist only — use of the Tend product is governed by separate agreements with each practice.
Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line; it is not a purchase, a subscription, or a guarantee of access. We onboard a limited number of practices each month, at our discretion, and will contact you when a spot opens. You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected].
Use the site as intended: to learn about Tend, join the waitlist, and contact us. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, scrape it, submit false information, or impersonate someone else.
Tend is a coordination tool, not a crisis service. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and neither this website nor the Tend product is a substitute for professional care or emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 — or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
The site and its content — text, design, video, and marks including "Tend" and "Bridgehead" — belong to Badami Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badami Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Badami Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
