Tend is a service of Badami Ventures LLC (doing business as Bridgehead). This policy describes what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to tend.gobridgehead.ai — the marketing site and waitlist — not to the Tend product itself, which operates under separate agreements with each practice.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and the minimum needed to run the site:

• Waitlist information. Your name and email address, the date and time you joined, and — if you arrived through a referral link — the referral code that brought you here.
• Contact requests. Your name, email address, phone number, and message when you use our contact form.
• Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service that uses no cookies and collects no personal information. We see aggregate page views, not you.

What we do with it

• Hold your place in the waitlist and contact you when a spot opens for your practice.
• Respond to your contact requests.
• Send a confirmation email when you join the waitlist or submit a contact request.
• Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

That's the whole list. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who touches your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Supabase — stores waitlist entries.
• Resend — delivers our transactional email.
• Plausible — cookieless analytics.
• Railway — hosts the site.

Each processes data only on our behalf and only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as we're operating the waitlist, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email [email protected] at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll act on the request promptly and confirm when it's done.

A note on client data

This website never touches client or patient information. The Tend product operates in isolated, HIPAA-compliant deployments dedicated to each practice, governed by separate agreements including, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly.
